These SMS Terms apply when you receive text messages from Digiknack Holdings LLC (“Digiknack”) at the phone number(s) we use for business communications.
Program description
Digiknack sends one-to-one business SMS to contacts who have an existing or prospective business relationship with us. Messages may include responses to inquiries, project and engagement updates, meeting coordination, document and link sharing, and related customer care communications. This is not a mass-marketing blast program.
Consent / opt-in
By providing your mobile number through our website contact form at digiknack.co, in email or written correspondence, during a business call or meeting, or by texting our business number first, you consent to receive SMS from Digiknack about your inquiry or project. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your project and communication needs. You will typically receive only messages relevant to your active business relationship with Digiknack.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-out (STOP)
You can cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation and will no longer receive SMS from this program unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers or devices.
